CPCISD is aware that you may experience issues within the new Parent Portal application. We hope to have these resolved ASAP.

 Same login, same information just different URL. 

 If you receive alerts and want to continue, we must have parent/guardian email address(es) on file in the office. 

 Please update contact name(s) and email address(es) with your student's office. 

 NOTE: Student portal accounts will not have the option for alerts at this time. 

 Attendance changes update every hour 

 After 4 unsuccessful login attempts, your account will be locked for 10 minutes. 

 To request a Parent Portal ID, please call Gina McCord 903-488-3671 ext. 3414. 

 Please check your student's account periodically.

  Please update your email address and cell phone number which were set up for alerts any time this information changes.
